The lovely Ince Kas House is a heavenly refuge in the heart of Beyoglu. The great property with four bedrooms offers space for up to eight people. It is especially suitable for families or groups who like to travel together, but still in need of enough space for oneself.
The house is spread over three floors. The entry floor with a fully equipped American kitchen is followed by a dining and living area and also small cozy patio garden. The first and second floor offer two spacious and bright bedrooms with 1.8m wide double beds which can be separated in two single beds ( except one), as the rooms on the top floor have also a small balcony overlooking the street and the garden respectively. On each floor there is a bathroom with toilet and shower and a bathtub on the second floor. Altogether, the house comfortably accommodates eight guests. Families with children are especially welcome and we provide free cots available. The house has been recently renovated and fully refurbished by an experienced architect to meet not only the highest standards in terms of aesthetic appeal but also to fulfill all your functional needs. It is equipped with everything you need for an extended stay in the city.
This lovely Ince Kas house is a beautiful, 19th century, Greek-designed building on Ince Kas Street, situated in the residential Aynalı Çeşme quarter in the heart of Beyoğlu, close to the Istanbul Taksim Square and Istiklal Avenue, the famous shopping and entertainment street. Many restaurants, traditional Meyhanes- the Turkish Tavernas- as well as bars and clubs are within walking distance. Galata Tower and the famous district are within easy reach. The quarter links directly to the historic Galata district followed by Karaköy, from where you get directly to the heart of the old town with all the main attractions by tram. The “Bakkal” quasi the Turkish corner shop where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables as well as all the necessary groceries, the bakery and the butcher are all about three minutes away.
